After fifteen years building and leading engineering orgs, I’ve moved back to hands-on building — now as a senior individual contributor on the machine-learning infrastructure behind Meta’s ad-serving systems. Same instinct, back in the code: reliability, performance, and the platform foundations that let teams ship faster. I use agents and automation as core tooling — from signal to diagnosis to fix. Fewer layers, faster feedback, closer to production.
